Puppy purchase contract

Our puppies will come to you up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and will be regularly wormed.  We raise Toy Australian Shepherds but every now and then we will have a mini pup.  We do our very best to make accurate educated guesstamates of a puppies expected mature height but we cannot guarantee it.  We have to leave the final decision of the position of a pups ear set and size to a higher power.  But we can guarantee you that the puppy you receive from us will have had the best of start in life and lots of loving while he/she is in our care.  Our little Toy Aussies are honestly like our kids and we love them all.

Shipping is available so please inquire.    We keep it simple.  Just pick out the pup of your dreams from our puppies page.  Give us a call, email or text. We will advise you on making a deposit to hold your baby.  The deposit will be deducted from the purchase price.   Remaining balance plus shipping fees (if applicable) must be paid in full, with funds cleared, before the puppy will be allowed to leave our premises.  All puppies must be picked up or shipped by 8 weeks of age unless prior arrangements have been made.
